The logistics and order processing is organised at our locations in Germany and Belgium. This way, our products reach the retailers – and subsequently millions of pets – in 70 countries worldwide quickly and safely.

Furthermore, we at Karlie very much value the personal contact with our customers whom we support with product information and to whom we also enjoy providing advice in improving current displays and layouts as well as new business set ups. To ensure that each and every pet receives what it needs in the way we intended, you can find clear, consumer-oriented information in eight languages on all our own products.
Our buying team are cooperating with suppliers worldwide and participate in important trade fairs in order to be able to react quickly to market developments and trends. This way, we develop innovative and high quality products for all pets.
